We are now hiring 1 Video Editor (NOC 52113).- Title: Video Editor- NOC 52113- Position(s) Available: 1- Work Location(s): 3312 30 Ave Vernon, BC V1T 2C3- Weekly Hours: 30- Compensation: $32.50 per hourBenefit:- 10-day paid vacation per annumJob Requirements:- Completion of a college or other program in recording engineering, audiovisual technology or a related fieldORAt least 1 year of work experience in a related field is required.- Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.Job Responsibilities:- Edit and assemble raw footage into a visually appealing and cohesive video product.- Trim, splice, and synchronize video clips and audio tracks.- Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to enhance video content.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative and engaging video concepts.- Understand and adhere to company guidelines, ensuring consistency in all video productions.- Utilize appropriate software tools to edit videos.- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video projects, meeting all deadlines.- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accurate and error-free final videos.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve video editing techniques.- Maintain an organized file management system for video assets.If you believe youre the one we are looking for, please do not hesitate to shoot your resume and cover letter to (link removed) We encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
