On behalf of our public-sector client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Technicalamp; Web Solutions Architect for a 3-month remote contract. This role will support a public sector client’s initiatives to modernize and optimize their technical framework.Summary of the RoleThe Technicalamp; Web Solutions Architect will contribute to designing a scalable, modular architecture to modernize digital platforms. The role includes integrating new components seamlessly while adhering to public sector standards and regulatory requirements.Dutiesamp; Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technical blueprints and roadmaps.
• Lead the design of scalable, cloud-native architectures leveraging platforms such as OpenShift, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement microservices and APIs within a modular framework to enhance system integration.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, including data protection and privacy regulations.
• Analyze existing architectures, propose optimizations, and document technical requirements.

Core Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in architecture for large-scale digital transformation or public sector projects.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (OpenShift, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native design.
• Advanced understanding of microservices, APIs, and modular architecture.
• Proven knowledge of public sector security compliance and best practices.
• Strong ability to translate technical details into actionable strategies.

Desired Skillsamp; Experience

• Certifications in OpenShift, AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

TermsThis is a remote position available to candidates residing in Canada and working Pacific Time hours. Initial contract duration is three months.
