RAPS is Seeking a Full Time Support Worker to Assist an individual with Autism (E16)Location: West EdmontonDays Monday to FridayHours: 6 hours a day (Flexibility required) * Additional hours may be available if desired.Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to: 1 to 1 Support in the community, encouragement and development of social connections and daily routines, Support and participation on outings (Swimming, Lego, Nintendo etc), Job preparation and training participation, exercise routine implementation and guidance for Healthy food options, attendance and participation in monthly team meetings, daily documentation.The ideal candidate will be outgoing, self motivated and a self starter.Qualifications and Other Requirements: Must have a recent criminal record check including a vulnerable sector check, driver’s license and Vehicle for client transport, Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English, vaccinated against Covid, Support worker certificate or similar Disabilities studies, the ability to see and set up possible social interactions effectively, first Aide and CPR certificates considered an asset.Rate of Pay: $23.00/ hourReference No: E16How to Apply: Applications may be submitted by responding to this ad with a formal resume attached.
