Job Description

INSIDE SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONOur client in West Edmonton is looking to hire for a F/T Inside Sales position. As an inside Sales/Customer Service representative, you will work with clients to ensure a smooth sales process, by communicating with clients, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads. You will act as a liaison between outside sales representatives and the main office and demonstrate excellent client care and a high-level of professionalism.Qualifications: Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of professional Customer Service, Account Management, and/or Inside Sales experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding phone and email etiquette
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/Construction platform is preferred
  • An interest in, or knowledge of architectural building products is preferred
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Research potential leads from internal sources (CRM), web searches, and additional digital resources
  • Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
  • Create and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
  • Act as liaison between Head Office and Outside Sales representatives
  • Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Answer phone calls and emails from information line in a professional manner
  • Possess the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Receive and prepare sample requests
  • Prepare and relay project and material quotes
  • Provide customers and clients with freight quotes and shipping updates/inquiries
  • Stay informed about product and service information updates
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of professional Customer Service, Account Management and/or Inside Sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent customer service
  • Clear communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to process information well
  • People orientated and experienced in rapport building/networking
  • Ability to sell and promote
  • Excellent time management skills
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $20.00-$24.00 per hourBenefits:
