Job Description

Alteo is looking for a Level 2 IT Technician for a permanent position based in the West Island of Montreal.*** Hybrid work mode ***Family owned and operated company offering a professional and friendly work environment and excellent employment conditions.Responsibilities:

  • Assist level 1 technicians.
  • Be the technical reference for current Microsoft products.
  • Proactively monitor the proper functioning of the customers infrastructure.
  • Use the various web portals to manage external services (Hosting/Cloud).
  • Make technical calls as assigned.
  • Active participation during implementation mandates.
Profile:
  • AEC/DEC in IT or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support: help desk and workstations mainly
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise products (Windows Server, Exchange, HyperV).
  • Mastery of user-oriented Microsoft products such as Windows 7/8/10 and the Office suite.
  • Ability to work with the hardware side of IT.
  • Ability to solve problems and solutions.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs.
  • Possess a vehicle and a valid drivers license.
  • French required, English functional

  • Aptitude à la résolution de problèmes et de solutions.
  • Capacité danalyse des besoins de la clientèle.
  • Posséder un véhicule et un permis de conduire valide.
  • Français obligatoire, anglais fonctionnel
