Together, we will make a difference for our guests and for our community.Here’s how· Organize the team to ensure kitchen line is setup and ready for peak service periods (Lunch & Dinner)· Direct line flow during peak periods and be single point of contact for expediter communications· Direct food prep activity and par levels· Assist with weekly food orders· Ensure kitchen cleaning and sanitation standards are achieved by all staff· Assist with inventory counts· Ensure equipment inspections are completed (e.g. temperature verification) and log resultsYou’re the right fit for our team · At least 3 years experience as a line cook· Strong passion and respect for regional ingredients and a willingness to learn· Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations including food safety, cooking techniques, and teamwork· Positive attitude with flexibility to change with the needs of the business / guests· Respect all team members and never let others down· Excellent communication skills· Valid Food Safe certificate· Strong references· Stable and progressive work historyWhat we offer· Competitive wage + great tip pool!· Complimentary meal and beer (19+) every shift!· Flexible hours and consistent work· Full training· Opportunities to move up and earn moreFun, team oriented work environmentJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 35-40 per weekSalary: $20.00-$22.00 per hourBenefits:
