Job Description

Position: Service AdvisorPosition Type: Full timeLocation: Kelowna, BC"Our customer experience starts with you!"What Youre Passionate About:You have a passion for creating a high quality customer experience. You are welcoming, committed and detail-oriented. If you strive to be the superhero of the service team, then the Service Advisor role is for you!A Typical Day for the Service Advisor:

  • Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs
  • Create estimates
  • Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician
  • Provide information from the technician to the customer about their vehicle
  • Follow up with customers and keep them updated
  • Explain all work performed and charges
What You Bring:
  • Great customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
  • Confidence using computer systems, writing reports and using scheduling tools
  • Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures
  • Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment
  • Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset
  • High School Diploma
