Scope:The Flow Cytometry Application Scientist is responsible for supporting pre-sale and after-sales business in Flow Cytometry in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Canadian territories and Alaska. Job Responsibilities:Ensure customer satisfactionProvide scientific and technical support on instruments, reagents, and systems.Promote Beckman Coulter flow cytometry hardware, software, and consumables.Contribute to the achievement of financial targets set yearly on the dedicated territory according to company strategy.Conduct Flow Cytometry Solution demonstrations on the dedicated territory.Conduct customer training to demonstrate instrument use, software functionality and protocol developmentConduct customer on-site trainingEnsure timely implementation delivery.Perform detailed reports to key holdersAnswer to the technical part of tenders!
