Job Description

Adecco is currently hiring a temporary, full-time Human Resources Generalist for our client, a large reputable company in Regina, SK. To qualify for this role, you must have a diploma in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration and proficient-level skills in communication (written and verbal), as well as critical thinking.   • Pay Rate: $27.28/hour
  • Location: Regina, SK (downtown)
  • Job type: Full-time | 6-month contract
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review and answer inquiries related to benefit forms
  • Review, complete and distribute Life insurance forms to PEBA
  • Respond to Life Insurance and Retiree benefits inquiries
  • Distribute employee milestone notices
  • Create and distribute Long Term Disability letters
  • Provide backup support to shared mailboxes
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration is needed
  • Knowledge of human resources best practices is a must
  • Availability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours)
  • Should have a track record for attention to detail, problem-solving, and learning quickly in a new environment
  • Must have proficient-level skills in communication (written and verbal), critical thinking, ability to pivot and multitask, and prioritization and organization
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
