Your Opportunity:This position requires a highly motivated individual that is keenly interested in working with people. Having strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are large contributors to success in this position. The successful applicant would work with Assertive Outreach Clinicians, Addiction Counselors, and Mental Health Therapists to support addiction and mental health clients in the Wainwright area and possibly Provost and Vermilion areas as well. You will work as part of a team to support the development, implementation, and delivery of the client relevant treatment plan as guided by the clinician/therapists/counselors. Having an understanding of mental health and addiction issues, being self-motivated and able to work independently, at times are keys to further success in this position.Description:As a Mental Health Aide, you will work as a collaborative member of the multidisciplinary team to provide a welcoming and safe care environment.
