Your Opportunity:Reporting to the Director, Pharmacy Services, this is an exciting and innovative role as a Pharmacy Technician I - Credential Trainer (CT) for Connect Care. The CT will instruct classes for front-line users. You will coordinate with the Clinical Operational Readiness (CORe) leads to deliver the curriculum for the upcoming sessions. The CT will also assist with setting up the classroom and facilitate class sessions to end users in a variety of disciplines. They will follow-up on outstanding questions participants have. They will ensure that the class sessions run smoothly and address concerns as they arise. This role will help the senior trainers update training materials and test lesson plans based on feedback and information they receive from the attendees in the class. You will facilitate study halls and follow-up on key concerns, questions, and provide extra support for the attendees and assist with administration of the end-user proficiency assessments and in-system checklists. This key role will require employees to communicate to a variety of staff and provide essential learning. Post launch, the CT will also support end users and assist with administering post-launch refresher, optimization, and skills-enhancement training. You will deliver educational material and problem solve concerns in an education/classroom setting. Some of the education material will be remotely delivered so the ability to connect with frontline users is paramount in this key role. The CT will need to work with a high degree of independence and able to problem solve and critically think when concerns arise. Location is negotiable.
