Your Opportunity:As a Protective Services Officer I, you will provide support for facility departments on matters of security and safety practices. This includes monitoring, prevention and intervention of violence, enforcement of applicable federal, provincial and municipal statutes, asset loss prevention and internal investigations, securing evidence, risk assessment and hazard identification, arrests, apprehensions and detentions of persons, alarm and emergency preparedness response. The PSO I casual supports the Central Zone Rural Mobile Units, the Wetaskiwin Hospital and Care Centre, and the Centennial Centre for Mental Health and Brain Injury.
