Position Summary The Capreol Nurse Practitioner Led Clinic (CNPLC) provides health services to the residents of Capreol and surrounding area. The Medical Secretary performs reception & switchboard duties along with administrative tasks that support clinic confidentiality, functional scheduling, patient flow and the accuracy of patient information stored internally and sent externally.Key Qualifications· Post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration and/or Completion of an accredited Medical Secretary Course.· Proficiency in computer applications: EMR, Windows, Microsoft Office.· Strong problem-solving skills· Exceptional organizational skills· Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.· Experience in working within an interdisciplinary team environment· Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and be flexible in a very active work environment· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail· Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.· Ability to speak fluently in English is required.· Ability to speak French is preferred.· Ability to work flexible work hours.
