Job Description

Are you looking for an administrative role in the Grande Prairie area Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment If you answered yes, then we want you on our team!Clearstream is seeking a Data Entry Clerk with Microsoft Excel skills and document control experience to support our team on site.This position is a 1 yr contract role reporting directly to the Quality Manager in our Clairmont, AB location.What you’ll be doing:

  • Enter data into company and client systems accurately and within set deadlines
  • Maintain and administer required databases and spreadshets with finalized data
  • Ensure outstanding issues are completed within required deadlines
  • Other administrative duties as required
We’d love to hear from you if you:
  • Have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role or are enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program
  • Have experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Have experience in the oil and gas industry an asset
  • Enjoy working with other people and have effective communication skills
  • Possess excellent written and verbal skills
  • Understand and exercise discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances while on the job
  • Demonstrate initiative on identifying and taking on projects and tasks
