Are you ready for a new role At FluidPRO, were expanding our team and seeking an additional full time Dispatcher in our Clairmont office. In collaboration with Management, Field Supervisors, and other departments as required, the Dispatcher is responsible for the day to day organization of drivers and trucks to the field. Key responsibilities include:· Coordinate all aspects of fluid/vac/sand/acid movement· Organize equipment and drivers· Handle all incoming calls to dispatch using professional telephone etiquette· Record hauling requirements from customers· Provide timely support and information to company drivers, sub-contractors and owner operators, including instructions to lease locations.· Coordinate with Field Supervisors to ensure drivers are operating in a professional manner and following S.O.P’s· Coordinate with Field Supervisors and Sales, as necessary, to ensure field issues are rectified and customers and operators satisfied.Successful candidates will have:
