Job Description

Aureus is growing water management company and were looking for someone to help us administrate the flow of resumes and talent into our Grande Prairie (Clairmont) service center. In this challenging hiring environment we need someone with energy and drive to stay on-top of hiring managers for their needs and exploit digital resources to ensure were connecting with the right people. The secondary task of this position will be Sub-Contractor administration and creating a stronger connection between the company and the sub-contractors whom work for us in the field.Position Details

  • This position is being offered as a 6 Month Temporary contract with the possibility of being extended to a Full-Time Permanent position.
  • This position is Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM w/Lunch)
  • This position is an in-person position at our Clairmont Office, with possibility of short amounts of remote work when approved by supervisor.
Job Requirements:Experience & Training
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Canada
  • Experience with online recruitement tools and/or UltiPro(UKG) an asset
  • Related experience in Recruitment, Human Resources or Administration ability is an asset.
  • Strong computer knowledge and experience in using software programs related to HR and payroll (e.g. ADP, UltiPro, NetSuite etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
