Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Grande Prairie location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAchieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets, including but not limited to new and used wholegood inventoryProviding for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goalsManagement and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employeesAchieving market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the companyProviding feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressuresAssisting in the management of branch account receivables in conjunctions with the Director of Credit Services and VPO of OperationsOther duties as assignedRequired SkillsMust be able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate department,s key business partners, and customersConfident decision making skills in regards to financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecastingHigh level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoningMust be available to travel as needed; a recent drivers abstract will be requiredRequired ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred7+ years’ direct work experience in a sales management capacityExperience in the heavy equipment industry strongly preferredQuick Apply
