Achievement-oriented.Did we just describe you If so, and you have the ability to see tasks and projects from their inception through to completion with minimal supervision and zero micro-management, please read on!Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, the Systems Coordinator is responsible for research and administration of the Information Systems department projects, provides technical advice to County staff in relation to Office 365 and Adobe, and coordinates and delivers user training sessions. The successful candidate will also manage all wireless communication devices and provide administrative support to the Systems Manager and the department.Responsibilities include:Oversee, organization-wide, all wireless communication devices as well as printers/copiers including toner, and device ordering and set-upOversee, organization-wide, all requests for assistance with Office 365 and AdobeResponsible for security card access and security camera troubleshootingDeliver user trainingCode invoices and processing purchase orders for the departmentPrepare written documentation including guidelines, agendas, and meeting minutesProvide continued support to ensure the success of the departments goals and initiativesQualifications:Training and proficiency with latest Office 365 and Adobe Suite(certification an asset)Business Administration diploma, or post-secondary computer training or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceKnowledge of general accounting principlesOutstanding oral and written communication skillsExceptional customer service skillsThis position works Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 4:30.
