Job Description

Kelly is a global leader in providing workforce solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic job seekers available for various upcoming office assignments. Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant with excellent analytical skills and an upbeat attitude for a permanent position in Dundurn, SK.Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Search for bids and tenders, completing bids for submission
  • Obtain quotes for supplies and find vendors for work projects
  • Manage project-related paperwork
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
About you:
  • 1 to 3 years experience in a general office role
  • Construction or industrial experience is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Google Sheets
  • Great communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a valid passport or the ability to obtain one
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
