The Central Saskatchewan Military Family Resource (CSMFRC) Centre Child Care Centre, located on Canadian Forces Detachment Dundurn, is currently accepting resumes for full time and casual Early Childhood Educators (ECE’s). The successful applicants will not only work along side our team of creative, energetic, and positive team of Educators but will also be entitled to receive tuition reimbursement and paid study time for courses relating to Early Childhood Education.Educators are responsible for: - providing daily experiences that are developmentally appropriate for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age. - ensuring the safety and active supervision of all children’s well-being; that exceeds licensing standards. - collaboratively work with and support co-workers, families and the community.Employee benefits: - Starting wages are in accordance to an established pay grid and qualifications. All certified ECEs are also eligible to receive an additional $1/hr to $3/hr top up to starting wages through the current government wage enhancement grant. - Short three month probation period. - Excellent employer paid benefit package provided after completion of the 6 months of employment. - Paid time for professional development.Credential Requirements: - Early Childhood Education I (ECE I) certification or equivalent.
