Our industry recognition is a testament to the family values we share with our parent company, McCain Foods Limited.About the RoleCompliance coordinatorFull-timeHartland, NBThe Compliance Coordinator provides administrative support for all new and existing units by ensuring all documentation for broker and driver applications is complete, processed and approved prior to their engagement as employees or broker drivers; and, by tracking and maintaining broker and driver files to guarantee all regulatory and corporate requirements are met and maintained.How You’ll HelpProcess systems-based organizational changes for all existing driversVerify Monthly Maintenance Reports (MMRs)Manage all Insurance Requests for External and Internal CustomersCreate and monitor online training accounts for new and current drivers with expiring certificationScan all documentation within internal systemsOther duties related to Compliance as requiredYour Skills & Experience:Post-secondary education preferred, preferably in business administrationPrevious transportation experience an assetStrong customer service focus and relationship building skillsMust be proficient in MS Outlook, Excel & Word; AS400 – an asset; must possess the aptitude for learning new programsExcellent communication skills including the ability to relay information (verbal and written) between several partiesTroubleshooting and problem solving skills, the ability to evaluate current situation, respond quickly to changing requirements, execute and escalate accordinglyStrong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced settingAbility to multitask and prioritize in a deadline driven environment; appropriate sense of urgencyAbility to work independently and to collaborate with others to meet customer expectations.Please note that the successful candidate will be asked to provide reference and criminal background checks prior to employment.
