This means interfacing with and supporting clients and their producers with any risk services resources, templates, guidance or information they may need. Concentrated on providing support to business operations document/transaction content management. Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry or similar activities. Duties may include; data entry and data transfer processing, preparing source data by compiling and organizing, routine reporting on processing activities, coding documents, audit processing, maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing.This professional will work closely with the Transportation National Practice Team and Risk Team to ensure we deliver exceptional experiences to clients and prospects by leveraging tools and resources and communicating through Gallagher’s proprietary tools and resources.LocationWe have several offices in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, preferably in Hartland.Work EnvironmentHybrid (Agile) – We at Gallagher enjoy the benefits of working remotely while also collaborating and interacting with each other in the office.How You Will Influence the Business

  • This is a client-facing role that requires an admin skillset.
  • You will directly interact with our clients via email, Teams meetings and in person.
  • Identifying and resolving errors or issues of concern and researching and gathering data.
  • Handling various types of incoming mail, including various media, checks and other related items.
  • Executes standard methodologies and processes, using existing systems and shared services to work as effectively and efficiently as possible.
  • Adheres to productivity and process standards, such as data and document requirements, timelines, tool and resource usage, etc.
  • May assist in orienting and training newer employees. Performs standard tasks using established and routine methods, principles, concepts and procedures, typically on assignments of moderate complexity.

Education and Experience
  • Secondary School Diploma is required. College or University Degree preferred.
  • Background in the trucking or risk industry would be considered an asset but not essential.
