Your responsibility is to collect outstanding moneys to increase our Working Capital. This position is all about communication and relationship building.How You’ll HelpMaintain a portfolio of accounts, based on a thorough understanding of the pricing, rates, billings, sales and operations related to the CompanyCorporate – serves all divisions across all departments – juggling stakeholders internal and externalWork with Lead Credit Analyst to identify and develop strategies for the resolution of troubled accounts to minimize lossResolve collection issues via phone, email, 3rd party payment houses, etc.Collaborate across departments; including Sales, Operations, Pricing and Rates, to identify problems.
