  • Valid HCA diploma
  • Registered with the Alberta HCA Directory (must have a directory number)
  • Current First Aid and CPR (Level C AED) certification
  • Active CANSWA membership
  • Up-to-date immunization record (DTaP, MMR, HepB)
  • 2-step negative TB test and/or recent chest X-ray (within 6 months)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel between assignments
