  • Managing a staff of 5-10 people.
  • Maintaining a high level of standard for customer service and products.
  • Training staff on daily store operations.
  • Performing opening and closing duties.
  • Assisting the Manager with clerical duties - inventory, daily paperwork, customer communication, etc.
  • Performing regular shift operations - taking orders, making products, taking payments, etc.
