We work with various companies in the manufacturing industry and hire for a variety of long term and permanent roles.About the RoleSuccessful candidates will be responsible for the production and packaging of animal feed ingredients. Duties will include adding raw materials to the blending equipment, operating the blender, documenting the material additions/production steps, sampling products, and cleaning equipment as needed. In addition, the blending operator will be responsible for packaging the blended material and assembling the finished packages on pallets.Benefits0-3 months you will receive a bonus equal to 20% of quarterly income3-6 months you will receive a bonus equal to 25% of quarterly income6-9 months you will receive a bonus equal to 30% of quarterly income9-12 months you will receive a bonus equal to 35% of quarterly income70% benefit coverage starting day 1QualificationsExperience with machine operating is considered an assetExperience working in a factory or warehouse settingExperience working in a repetitive environmentAbility to lift 50lbsShift & PayStraight days, 7am-3pmStraight nights, 7pm-7am Mon-Thrus$25/hour, $0.50 premium for nightOvertime after 44 hours.**Interested applicants should apply directly to this post with their resume**À propos dAerotek:Notre monde nous tient à cœur.
