Job Description

Perth Care for Kids is hiring for the position of Payroll Clerk. The successful candidate will be able to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, accounting tasks such as data management and the keeping of accurate, up to date information that is relevant to payroll. Integrity and strong attention to detail will play a crucial role in this position along with good communication and interpersonal skills.Applicants should demonstrate:

  • knowledge of payroll, payroll processing procedures and payroll tax laws
  • knowledge of clerical accounting and book keeping procedures
  • computer skills with programs including MS Word, Excel and email
  • clear written and effective verbal communication skills
  • organization and accurate record keeping abilities
  • knowledge of standard office procedures and practices
  • ability to work as part of a team, flexibility, positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 21-35 per weekSalary: $19.75-$26.00 per hourBenefits:
