• Act as a single point of contact for all parties requiring access to STO assets and facilities to do work
• Prioritize maintenance/capital work with stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with the Planning Advisors and Operations and Maintenance Supervisors to develop and manage long term schedules.
• Identify and implement the scheduling tool to combine SAP and Maximo information into the O&M and Capital scheduling processes
• Track and maintain the local capital and O&M budgets and schedule timing to ensure successful execution of the capital and O&M plans.
• Monitor and maintain work and asset management KPIs
• Develop and publish the short term (weekly) and long-term (annual) schedules being mindful of the critical operations steps (injection season, withdrawal season, reservoir outages etc.)

Who you are:

• Two‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience, OR related university degree and limited previous experience.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision, or a part of a broad team.
• Ability to read and understand P&ID/ single and one-line drawings and OEM manuals.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced maintenance environment

Working Conditions:

• This is an office-based position (80%)
• Field time will be required to become familiar with the sites where work will be scheduled to identify any constraints or needs for jobs to be scheduled.
