Job Description

Our team members are expected to adopt all of BBE’s internal processes, master the art of Amazon selling, and have a proactive attitude.The role of an Associate Product Manager will involve suggesting product enhancements toimprove user experience, performing quality assurance controls on products, and coordinatingwith the engineering department to deliver functional solutions.The right candidate will be an experienced Associate Product Manager to participate in thecreation of new products and features, from the idea stage to launch. Candidates should haveprevious experience in end-to-end project management. Main responsibilities include gatheringproduct requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improving overall userexperience. Ultimately, you’ll work with internal teams on already existing products as well asthe development of new products for the business.Responsibilities

    • Customer experience - gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and business value.
    • Quality assurance - perform quality assurance controls on existing and new products. Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching.
    • Drive tech delivery - vital to work hand in hand with technical departments in order to meet consumers’ needs and resolving issues as they come up in the development process.
    • Scope and requirements - scope and prioritize product activities based on business value and customer impact. Responsible for translating product strategy and business needs into detailed requirements and prototypes.
    • Support product implementation - work closely with internal teams (e.g. executives, marketing, other PMs, etc.,) to support proper implementation or marketing efforts that ensure the product line’s strategy is effectively conveyed.
    • Product support - Participate in system configuration and setting up system users.
    • Knowledge base - create and maintain support and training documents for internal and external users.
    • Research - conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps, and analyze competition.
Qualifications
    • Education - have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, similar field or equivalent experience.
    • Experience - experience of 1-2 years in associate product management or project management role. Additionally, candidates must have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
    • Communication - excellent communication skills are a must; both written and verbal.
    • MS office - must be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Must also be proficient in PowerPoint for the purpose of creating engaging content for presentations.
    • Product tools - knowledge of project management tools, like Jira, Trello, etc.,
    • Technical background - hands-on experience with web technologies.
    • People skills - must possess excellent people skills to facilitate smooth interactions across various departments and levels of the business.
    • Strong problem solving skills - think critically or basic to resolve problems with a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
    • Time management skills - strong ability to manage their time wisely.

    • Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
      • 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
      • at least 4GB RAM;
      • Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
    • A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
    • PC HeadsetA high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
