The Technical Analyst will report to Software Development Manager and respond to customer needs, offering help to analyze and resolve issues in a timely fashion. The incumbent will proactively monitor and assess customer systems ensuring they remain at the agreed-upon quality-of-service levels and will rectify issues that are not at the appropriate levels. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various production systems in multiple different industries and will be responsible to maintain, analyze, test, document and resolve issues in different software solutions for Willowglen Systems clients across the globe.Key Responsibilities
