Job Description

Job Title: Robotics Process Automation Journeyman TechSummary:Infinity Technology, LLC, a nationally recognized information technology and professional services company, is currently seeking a Robotics Process Automation Journeyman Tech, primary place of performance is National Capital Region. This is a part time opportunity with potential to go fulltime.***FREE Training course provided*** This position will include a requirement to complete training and certification in Audit Command Line (ACL) Robotics supporting Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) over a 4-6 week period. The curriculum involves over 36 on-line classes and remote practicums, completed with a series of intermediate exams after each segment of the progressive skill development towards achieving ACL Robotics expertise. Additional courses in Advanced Data Certified Analytics are also available after ACL Robotics Certification is complete.Responsibilities:You will be responsible for getting new clients up and running on our software. This role is best for people who enjoy solving puzzles, working with clients, and want to help businesses reach the next level. Tenacity, ownership, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing, exciting software environment are the key skills needed to excel in this position.Key Responsibilities:Assists in integrating software with other client systems and software applications.Provides technical support and follows up with clients on installation and software questions and concerns.Transitions support to account manager or support team after successful installation and implementation.Assists in creating a handbook or an online help site to accompany the software.Manages day-to-day operational aspects of multiple software training projects.Seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and build client relationships.Troubleshoots network, database, and software problems for implementations.Develops solutions to software and installation issues.Reviews and documents project activity, and reports status on all implementation activities to management.Involves management appropriately and in a timely manner in problem determination, remediation, and resolution.Required Education, Certifications, Experience and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area (e.g. Accounting, Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Security or MIS)1+ year of experience onboarding new clients to a softwareAbility to communicate clearly and confidently (written, oral)Strong technical understanding of how websites and information systems workSecurity+ Certification requiredExperience in a pre-sales/sales engineer/consulting experience in a SaaS environmentProven knowledge and familiarity with general software architecture and inter-operabilityAptitude for understanding how technology can improve business processesPreferred Education, Certifications, Experience and Skills:Strong technical understanding of how websites and information systems workSelf-starter, able to grasp and learn quicklyPassionate about learning and continuous improvement.Ability to work with minimal supervisionStrong team player, ability to work in small teams, and contribute in flexible ways to the team goalsExperience with GRC and/or analytics tool is a plusHave at least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CySA+Knowledge of the Audit, Governance, Risk or Compliance landscapeProficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.Node.js: Node is an open source development platform for executing JavaScript code server-side. js is intended to run on a dedicated HTTP server and to employ a single thread with one process at a time.TypeScript: an open-source, object-oriented language developed and maintained by Microsoft, licensed under Apache 2 license.Experience in Go language, Terraform, and RESTful APIs.Go language: a statically typed, compiled programming language, syntactically similar to C, but with memory safety, garbage collection, structural typing, and CSP-style concurrency.Terraform: a tool for building, changing, and versioning infrastructure safely and efficiently.RESTful API: an architectural style for an application program interface (API) that uses HTTP requests to access and use data.Experience in working on GitHub.GitHub: a web-based version-control and collaboration platform for software developers.Experience working with Agile and Kanban / Scrum processes and following strong development and testing processes.Experience in working on AWS Serverless computing will be an advantage.AWS: Amazon Web Services is the worlds most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform, offering over 175 fully featured services from data centers globally.Past work experience in a product development companiesClearance Requirement: ACTIVE SECRET ClearanceNow is an exciting time to become a part of our enthusiastic, highly professional team.
