Job Description

TitleManager, Data Management ServiceOverview of PositionLead a team of Project Managers, Technical Engineers, and Implementation Consultants by coaching them to provide exceptional implementation services to customers in US and Internationally. Responsible for overseeing team’s projects and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Work directly with customers and salespeople to scope and price data related projects; participate in pricing reviews and working with legal and TM to create new solutions, participate with answering RFP’s and pre-sale calls. Manage 3rd party vendors that assist us deliver our custom-tailored solutions.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job

  • Oversees the assigned team to deliver high-quality services consistently, on time, and within budget
  • Plans and schedules staff to provide implementation services; assists and back up to the team for customer conference calls and project issues; delivers prompt, professional solutions for customer inquiries
  • Delegates technical responsibilities and monitors the progress of projects; acts as the first-level contact for customer escalations
  • Develops new service solutions to solve customers’ challenges as required; liaises with Product Development/Management for latest product information; provides guidance and coaching to team members; plans and creates training programs for the team
  • Conducts DMS team’s performance reviews; recruits, mentors, and develops technical staff; assists with the creation of new policies and ensure adherence to guidelines
  • Provides guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in; validates processes and tools to comply with CHC’s standards and requirements; takes part in pricing reviews and works with the internal cross-functional teams to create the solution and assist with RFP’s and pre-sale activities
  • Liaises with Services Product Analyst for latest product information from R&D/Systems Engineering, Technical Marketing and Support Department
  • Creates training programs for team/department
  • Provides support to implementation staff both in house and onsite. Screens, interviews, and recommends potential candidates
  • Sundry duties as assigned
What are the requirements needed for this position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, computer science or college/computer technology diploma
  • 2+ years of CHC CPACS, Data Management Service and leading the DMS projects
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting
  • Coaching, training and interpersonal abilities. Team player.
  • Good organizational planning skills
