• Fully Remote - Canada

Position:The Project Manager, Client Services will monitor the progress of project activities, provide a primary continuous point of contact to the customer, and manage internal and external project teams in the successful execution of project activities. This role reports directly to Project Management Manager, Radiology Implementation Services, in the Radiology Implementation Services Department within the Enterprise Imaging Business unit.Core Responsibilities:

• Project planning for medium to large sites/site with high complexity in scope
• Manage change, scheduling, budgeting, communication, risk, and procurement
• Coordinate Implementation and Technical engineering teams, as well as customer issue tracking and resolution
• Create Charter/Statement of Work, status reports, time-tracking, and provide cross departmental coordination
• Mentor other Project Managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or related experience
• 5+ years of IT and/or Healthcare background
• Experience managing healthcare technology projects/implementations
• Experience managing projects of medium to large scope
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Able to manage C-Suite relationships and project teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of healthcare – specifically Radiology and Cardiology workflow
• PMP Certification
• Solid understanding of Project Management practices and tools
• Experience with Hospital IT System Integration
• Experience with process and continuous improvement
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with diverse working groups with an eye toward project dependencies
• Experience in the implementation of SaaS/XaaS enterprise cloud solution
• Independent, self-starter with keen attention to detail
• Strategic, critical, and innovative problem solver

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:General office demands.Travel:0-25%.
