Job Description

Job DescriptionAs the Photoshootamp; Marketing Producer, you will be the behind-the-scenes engine that ensures our creative teams have everything they need to produce captivating, on-brand content. Your role bridges logistics, planning, and coordination—enabling the smooth execution of photoshoots, video shoots, and other creative productions that fuel our 360° marketing efforts across social media, the website, print, and more.From scouting shoot locations and managing vendor contracts to securing logistics and asset delivery, you’ll ensure we capture the content needed to connect with both homeowners and landscape contractors.Key Responsibilities:Creative Logisticsamp; Production Planning

  • Coordinate the planning of content production (photoshoots and video shoots), ensuring assets align with marketing campaigns and brand goals.
  • Serve as the logistical lead for content capture—coordinating shoot calendars, location scouting (via remote research), including arranging flights, accommodations, and obtaining consent forms as needed.
  • Develop and manage production timelines and ensure all parties are aligned on objectives and deadlines.
  • Work with the Creative Manager and Social Media Manager to build shot lists and content plans that meet platform-specific needs.
  • Oversee annual budget for production.
Vendoramp; Asset Coordination
  • Source, onboard, and manage external production vendors such as photographers, videographers, editors, and stylists.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates, and handle all production-related documentation.
  • Coordinate the delivery of final assets to appropriate teams and maintain organized asset libraries for easy access and re-use.
  • Campaignamp; Content Support
  • Align content planning with broader marketing campaigns and seasonal initiatives—ensuring content is captured in a way that supports storytelling across digital, social, print, and email platforms.
  • Track and document raw content needs for different audiences (homeowners, contractors, trade professionals) and ensure production plans accommodate them.
Print Advertisement Management
  • Manage print advertisement campaigns from initial quote requests through production and placement.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure all specs are met, creative is delivered on time, and placements align with campaign strategy.
  • Conduct performance reviews of print campaigns to support continuous improvement.
