Summary of ResponsibilitiesWorking in an assigned territory, The Business Relationship Manager’s goal is to position Yamaha Financial Services as the preferred provider for Retail & Wholesale Finance, YMPP Extended Warranty & Yamaha branded Ancillary&creditor products.As a representative for the finance company, The BRM is responsible for executing the YFS “profit first’ sales strategy – a defined process where BRM’s gain dealer support by building & presenting individual dealer profit forecasts based on defined volumes for each YFS product vertical. As the first point of contact for YFS, the BRM’s are also a key liaison for new dealer training on YFS’s systems & programs along with being frequently involved in providing transactional support to dealers.BRM’s also support dealers in an effort to reach top tier status on the Yamaha Motor Canada Performance 360 program and work hand in hand with other field teams in development / execution of Regional Territory Sales plans.Key Duties & Responsibilities
