To be able to operate and understand all the equipment to its fullest potential and be able to teach new employees. Also working alongside employees. Trouble shoot glitches associated with all the technology in equipment. Instructing employees on duties to keep them working safely and efficiently. Must be very organized and have a desire to keep all equipment maintained and clean. Mechanical understanding. Will also need a class 1 A license Not a mandatory asset upon hiring, but is a must have within a year of hiring. Will be working very closely with Farm manager.
