Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Merchandise Services team as a Supplier & Item Data Analyst. Reporting to the Supervisor, Supplier & Item Data, in this role you will work with Merchants and suppliers to execute the supplier & item creation setup and maintenance process by taking responsibility for ensuring that the master data set is qualitatively and consistently accurate.If you have excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you!What You’ll Do:

  • Implement the record creation process for supplier & item master data including creation, maintenance, and deletion through collaboration with suppliers, content service providers, other 3rd parties and internal stakeholders.
  • Follow up as needed with various stakeholders for missing/incomplete/inaccurate data provided through Business Rule Validation process. Coordinate with French translation team for translation of applicable data.
  • Catalogue and edit images and extended descriptions as appropriate.
  • Research and identify new business rules to be created in support of quality & consistency targets for master data.
  • Manage and edit data hierarchy & permissions associated with users and user roles within master data application.
  • Ensure stored data is easily accessible to internal and external teams via Content Quality Scorecard, proactively engage internal/external partners where content quality is below acceptable levels.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information from staff in a timely manner.
  • Build strong and influential internal & external relationships to help ensure business objectives are being met.
