The Company is dedicated to building a diverse environment and has an unwavering commitment to creating a sense of belonging for all employees.The OpportunityAs a Product Owner you will oversee the development of our core Edge product, focusing on executing the product vision and strategic roadmap. Strong leadership skills, a desire to drive innovation in the market and extensive experience in an agile development environment is required. The Product Owner must lead the scrum team and drive initiatives to completion through comprehensive planning and cross-functional team alignment. We are looking for a confident leader that can balance the responsibilities of managing the team’s daily backlog, while creating forward-looking plans and presenting progress to internal stakeholders.What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with Product Managers to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on an understanding of the market, client requirements and regulatory considerations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, architects, business line leaders and adjacent development teams, to ensure seamless delivery of planned roadmap initiatives
  • Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog to drive revenue growth through strategic initiative development, while addressing critical needs of the existing client base
  • Produce documentation to facilitate efficient development of user stories that capture the client’s underlying business needs and contain acceptance criteria that supports UAT efforts
  • Communicate to stakeholders and internal teams the product vision, quarterly plan, progress against the roadmap and release highlights
  • Define and execute business driven test plans, and collaborate with QA teams to establish and maintain rigorous test processes, ensuring reliability and security of the product
  • Lead agile scrum team events and analyze team performance, refining processes and procedures to maximize productivity and predictability
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in a product Sr. BA or PO role within the financial technology industry
  • Prefer experience with systems supporting Interest Rate Derivatives and/or FX hedging strategies
  • Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
  • Strong background in product development lifecycle management
  • Highly developed direct and indirect leadership skills
  • Data driven mindset with a strong focus on reporting skills
  • Prior work experience with derivativestrade life cycle, risk management, booking systems and/or treasury management systems are a plus
