Built upon the foundation of a longstanding partnership, and a commitment to collective growth and success, Audi RED will be the bridge between agency and product, delivering the utmost in customer experience and service design through technologically driven solutions.Who we’re looking for Audi Red seeks a skilled Client Success Manager to support a group of OEM Auto Dealerships in North America. This role acts as a bridge between various teams and stakeholders, focusing on program enrollments, support, training, issue resolution, and monitoring performance metrics to enhance conversions.Responsibilities

  • Serve as a link between dealers, field reps, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Offer support and training on the platform and related analytics programs.
  • Resolve issues from dealers or third parties (B2B and B2C).
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics for dealers and related brand websites.
  • Help educate field teams and promote program awareness among stakeholders.
  • Assess and ensure content quality, accuracy, and relevance on websites.
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Regularly update website content and keep it current.
  • Track performance of content pieces using analytics tools.
  • Evaluate content #39;s impact on user experience and conversion rates.
  • Ensure content complies with legal and industry standards and is accurate.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in website management or digital marketing
  • 2+ years automotive industry experience and/or 2+ years account management experience
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and familiar with SEO principles and CMS platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of PPC campaigns, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • UX/UI Understanding: Familiar with best practices to enhance website usability and conversion rates.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience managing website projects and overseeing updates and improvements.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage relationships and convey recommendations.
  • Problem-solving and Adaptability: Ability to identify and solve website performance issues and adapt to changing trends.
Nice to have
  • Bilingual (French and English) a strong asset
Certifications
  • Relevant certifications in web analytics, SEO, digital marketing, or project management are a plus.
