Associate – Organizational Effectiveness DPRA Canada (DPRA) is a dynamic company seeking exceptional professionals to join our management consulting team. DPRA proudly provides professional management consulting services to clients from the public and private sectors in the areas of organizational effectiveness, program evaluation, public policy and legislative review and guidance, socio-cultural research and assessment, applied health and social research, and consultation and Indigenous engagement.JOB SUMMARYDPRA is seeking an Associate for our growing Organizational Effectiveness consulting team. The Organizational Effectiveness team responds to client needs on organizational assessment and transformation, strategic and operational planning, and strategic human resource management initiatives. Specifically, our Organizational Effectiveness consultants work with organizations to maximize the effectiveness and success of their operations and people by developing and implementing well-designed structures, strategies, and programs to drive better results and enhance workplace environments.Performance ExpectationsThe Associate contributes to the success of the organizational effectiveness practice area team through their experience in areas such as organizational design and development, human resources management, strategic planning, and management consulting, as well as their research-oriented academic background. As a key team member, the Associate will:Perform quantitative and qualitative research and data analysisDevelop data collection instruments and collect data from surveys, interviews, focus groups, facilitated planning sessions, and in-depth documentation reviewsManage and deliver organizational, operational, and strategic consulting engagements with a focus on:organizational effectiveness revieworganization redesignstrategic planning, development and implementation operations and process management effectivenessjob analysis and designHR strategy development and implementationSummarize findings in writing and in data visualizations that are clear and relevant Contribute to development of reports, plans, briefing materials, and other deliverablesAssist with project scheduling and coordination tasksContribute to proposal developmentTravel on occasion to support senior staff in their work alongside clientsQualifications The following qualifications are essential:Master’s or PhD in Industrialamp; Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Industrial and Labour Relations, or related fieldMinimum five (5) years of relevant work experience in management consulting, organizational design, organizational development, talent management, government/healthcare, or related areaDemonstrated experience in all areas of project delivery including application of appropriate tools and methodologies, analytical skills and report writingExperience with facilitation, client communication, and presentationsExperience with project managementEffective working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio, as well as SPSS and online survey platformsAbility to support business development initiatives In addition, the following qualifications are desirable:MBA, CPA, or familiarity with public sector financial managementSkills in financial analysis and projection skills Advanced statistics and quantitative data analysis skillsMinimum of two (2) years business consulting experience Public sector experience Experience working in a Northern and Indigenous contextTotal RewardsDPRA employees are generously rewarded for their contribution to the organization with:A competitive salary and benefits package Profit sharing and RRSP matchCareer development opportunitiesPotential for other benefits that offer flexibility and improve work-life balanceTo confidentially explore this opportunity, please email your cover letter and resume quoting the appropriate position title to sabrina.aliverti (at) dpra.ca by November 3, 2023.
