Job Description

We are seeking a talented Bilingual (French) Manual QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Bilingual (French) Manual QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products for our French-speaking users. You will collaborate closely with our development and testing teams to identify, report, and resolve issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct manual testing of software applications, including functionality, usability, and performance, to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  2. Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
  3. Document and report defects, providing clear and detailed descriptions, steps to reproduce, and supporting evidence.
  4. Work closely with developers and other team members to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues in a timely manner.
  5. Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings to ensure testability and identify potential risks.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.
  8. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of QA processes.
Requirements1. Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.2. Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.3. Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages (written and verbal).4. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.5. Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 8. Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.9. ISTQB or other relevant certifications are desirable.10.Automation and mobile testing experience is an asset.
