We aim to build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with all audiences, and being customer-centric is embedded within our company culture.FUNdamentals:Centricity Research recognizes the following core values as being essential characteristics for individual and collective success:• Dream Big• Go Above and Beyond• Do The Right Thing• Be Curious• Have FunESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSConducting rating scales/assessments:• Ensure the safety and welfare of study participants• Conduct and document the study scales as per protocol, GCP, and WPs/SOPs• Timely and accurate completion of source, data, CRFs, queries and CTMS, as required• Maintain consistency in administering study scalesGeneral:• Abide by GCP, WPs/SOPs, company guidelines, and local healthcare privacy regulations• Communicate with research participant and/or study questions/issues to the Investigators/Research Management/other CRPs• Maintain professional relationships with study participants, physicians, industry representatives and vendors of trial management• Timely training of research study specific rater trainings, as required• Support CRPs in addressing queries, monitor findings, and follow-up for study specific rating conducted• Gather, enter, and/or update data to maintain company records and databases as directed• Travel and support applicable sites/clinics within the region, as applicable• Assist Management with any other tasks as requiredEDUCATION/EXPERIENCEMinimum (one of the following):• University degree in health or scientific related program and 2 years of cognitive rating psychometry experience OR• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Psychology OR • Occupational Therapist OR• Clinical Psychologist OR• Nurse (various designations) OR• Other designation/education as allowed to fulfil the role requirementsPreferred:• Two years’ experience conducting rating scales preferred• Experience with patients with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia preferred• Progression free flowing interviews with participants regarding memory problems and/or family history of memory loss/Alzheimer #39;s/dementia• Have conducted standardized rating scales within the past 2 years, scales could include: MMSE, CDR, ADAS-Cog12, NPI, ADCS-ADL-AD, C-SSRS, ZBI, GDS, MoCA, RBANS CORE COMPETENCIES/SKILLS Prerequisite (Essential):• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)• Attention to detail• Ability to manage time efficiently• Self-directed • Teamworkamp; Collaboration• Proficient level of clinical, interpretive, and analytical skills with organizational skills for project planning• Flexibleamp; Adaptable• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP, FDAamp; HC Division 5 guidelinesFoundation:• Conflict resolution• Receptive to feedback• Empoweringamp; Developing others• Empathy Skills• Planning and organizing skills• Excellent problem-solving skills• Achievement oriented• Analytical ability• Initiative• Decision making Leadership:• Forward thinking• Innovative• Creative• Strategic thinking• Self confidence• Strong interpersonal skillsPowered by JazzHR
