We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Toronto team in the dynamic Liberty Village. The ideal candidate needs to be a skillful communicator and problem solver with vast knowledge of the print industry.What You #39;ll DoAssisting customers via phone, email, and online chatLiaising with customers and our in-house teams to ensure customer satisfactionEnsuring order, product, and service inquiries are adequately attended toRemaining up to date with Jukebox #39;s products and servicesFront-of-house reception duty—as needed.What We #39;re Looking ForExcellent verbal and written communicationSuperb organizational skillsGreat attention to detailSelf-motivationDetermination to complete tasksWhat You NeedBachelor #39;s DegreeCustomer Support: 3 years (call center, hospitality, retail, or similar positions)Print/Graphic Communications: 1 yearBonusWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Work Schedule:The Customer Service Representative position is full time and working hours are Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday with variations of 10AM-6PM/11AM-7PM/12:30PM-8:30PM.
