Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting senior executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the clean energy revolution.ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support

  • Manage and coordinate executives #39; calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Office Management
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Communication and Coordination
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate cross-functional communication.
  • Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
Event Coordination
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Assist in organizing industry conferences and exhibitions.
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative assistance such as drafting correspondence, managing files, and handling confidential information.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or office manager.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
