Role: Coordinator, Learning DeploymentLocation: Toronto, CanadaRole summary:The Learning deployment role at a Manager level reports to the Learning deployment lead and is responsible for providing a full range of deployment support to deliver high profile deployment activities for global L amp;D solutions, such as content management and release support via SharePoint, GLMS, Virtual classroom platforms (including videos), development of collection sites and pages, creation of evaluation links and reporting thereof, deployment support for Train-the-facilitator sessions (TTFs), virtual classrooms (VC) and instructor-led training (ILT), including all pre and post launch activities.Focused on content management activities, this role will require an overall understanding of the materials available from Global L amp;D and from the member firms, creation and management of sites and connecting content owners with those seeking the content. An understanding and application of the standards around materials posted on the GLMS, the Global L amp;D Marketplace, Degreed and supporting SharePoint sites will be critical. The learning deployment manager will build relationships within the Global L amp;D team, SBPs, project leads, ITS, C amp;K and the Digital HR team, along with relationships and networks with the L amp;D groups, deployment and support teams within the member firms. Additional work on special projects is also anticipated.This role also requires above average technical skills to understand the various platforms and how they work behind the scenes in order to provide support to content developers and content consumers.This role will also manage and maintain the inventory of content across all platforms and is responsible for archiving and retiring content through an annual maintenance process.Key activities:
