Job DescriptionAs a Media Vendor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the relationships with paid media partners across PMX and the media agencies. Your responsibilities will include facilitating vendor presentations and events, collection, and distribution of vendor materials, assisting in maintaining proper vendor databases and documentation, troubleshooting monthly forecast reports with agency, and buying teams. Collaboration with agency and Investment Buying teams, Finance, Central Services, and Media Operations is essential to contribute to the achievement of the company #39;s objectives.Key Skills The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and people skills, effective written and verbal communication abilities, advanced technical knowledge in the advertising industry and media departments, and extensive experience in advertising procedures, principles, methods, techniques, and practices.Specific work elementsYour role will involve ensuring completion of monthly media spend forecasts by planning and buying teams, collecting monthly vendor pacing reports and assessing their accuracy, facilitating virtual and in-person information, and training sessions, applying media credits reviewing pacing reports and proposing corrective measures.
