We are now on a mission to expand our brand #39;s presence in Canada through franchising and are searching for a seasoned Franchise Development Executive to pioneer our franchising venture in Canada and beyond.Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead our brand #39;s franchise growth in Canada, identifying and forging ties with potential franchisees.
  • Harness the latest technologies to discern market trends, unearth franchise opportunities, and ensure a smooth franchisee onboarding process.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential franchisees, providing them with tailored solutions and ensuring our brand remains internationally acclimatized.
  • Display adept deal-making prowess to negotiate and seal franchise agreements that resonate with our brand #39;s values and standards.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with the CEO, crafting and executing franchising blueprints for Canada.
  • Provide ongoing support to franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards and assisting in their growth and success.
  • Monitor the Canadian real estate market, staying abreast of trends, regulations, and opportunities.
  • Attend and represent our brand at national and international real estate and franchising events.
Qualifications:
  • Preferably holding a degree in Business Administration.
  • Significant franchise development and sales experience, particularly in the real estate domain.
  • A licensed real estate Broker, or someone with a deep understanding of the Canadian real estate market.
  • Innate technological acumen with an appetite for leveraging modern business tools.
  • A track record that speaks of impeccable deal-making and negotiations.
  • Internationally attuned, with the grace to work seamlessly with a diverse clientele.
  • A naturally positive outlook, coupled with an approachable, charismatic demeanour.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and spoken.
