AAA Canada is a manufacturing company that has been providing subcontracting and technical assistance to industrialization, production and maintenance processes for about 15 years! We operate in the Aerospace, Ground Transportation and Energy sectors. A typical day Senior Liaison Engineering Specialist for Bombardier Mexico. Resolve fit, form or functional issues on Aircraft components and for repairs required during the manufacture of the Bombardier Aerospace products. Find solutions to any problem with the aircraft structure and/or systems that is reported and raise necessary documentation to overcome the problem quickly and efficiently. Repair and/or salvage dispositions with respect to Engineering specifications, concepts, and integrity of design, as well as sign for dispositions on behalf of the Engineering department. Work closely with all specialists within Engineering, such as Systems Liaison, Design, Stress, Materials Technology, Aerodynamics, Performance, and others as required to problem solve and or address any problems reported. Support Production, Design Engineering, Procurementamp; Quality in coordinating resolutions to issues and providing Corrective Action involving Engineering. Interpret engineering drawings, specsamp; provide guidance to junior employees. Provide status, updatesamp; keep current on information regarding manufacturing changesamp; problems. Lead the technical support to Operations, Methods, and Quality. Provide coaching to non MRBs team members and other not specialized MRBs. Lead initiatives for process development. Support requirements from internal and external clients. Anticipated to our client needs. Take actions to with our external partners about commercial issues. Qualifications: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering or related field. You have a minimum of five (7) years MRB experience or seven (10) years design experience in Aerospace. You have excellent knowledge of aircraft structureamp; system installation technical requirements. You have Electricalamp; Systems experience (considered an asset) You are an energetic person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high sense of commitment, and a willingness to accept responsibilities while acting independently in a high-pressure partner/supplier team environment. You have previous experience as a Mentor and Coach in both the Liaison Team environment and in working with problem solving teams. You know how to browse Engineering mockups in CATIA V5. You are flexible and comfortable working autonomously, under pressure. You are recognized for your sound technical judgement and practical approach. Bilingualism (French - English) in oral and written communication is an important asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the client site and technical documentation.
