They will work alongside different teams to identify product needs, assist in project implementation, and installation of software both on-premise and in the cloud.To achieve this, the Solutions Specialist needs a strong desire to leverage their keen technical skills. They must have the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a solution and effectively demonstrate how the Messagepoint solution will address their specific needs and deliver true business value. They must also have a strong desire to learn and leverage new technologies, and to share that knowledge with the wider team.Responsibilities:Actively participating in opportunity discovery sessionsManaging and addressing queries of proposed solutionsDeveloping solution proposals and collateral including presentations and demonstrationsProviding input from customers into Product Development and MarketingDocumenting business requirements, solution designs, and technical implementation designsAssisting in the implementation of customer projectsSupporting customers post-implementationQualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fieldContainer Technologyamp; Management: Kubernetes, Docker, otherService Integration: REST, SOAP, message brokers, file transfer, etc.Programming in Python, GoWorkflow automation and scriptingSQLCI/CDTest driven developmentAble to quickly digest business requirements and new technologies to solve complex business problemsReading and writing of data file formats including CSV, XML, JSON, fixed lengthIndustry experience in Customer Communication Management / Customer Experience / Digital-Mobile Software SolutionsFront-end developmentHighly organized, with keen attention to detail and prioritization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven record of being able to work within a team environment and also capable of working independentlyAbility to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines.Experience working within key industries such as Financial Services, Insurance and Healthcare is requiredWilling and able to travel up to 10% of the timeMessagepoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages diversity and inclusion in the workplace.We thank you for your interest, however, only those who qualify for an interview will be contacted.
