Job DescriptionPosition: - Systems Analyst – Senior (.NET ,CAD,Solution Design)Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)Hybrid - 3 days on site and 2 days remoteDuration: Long Term Contract MUST HAVES:

• 10+ years of experience in supporting, maintaining mission critical applications.
• Experience analyzing business requirements to determine viable options for solution development and ensure implementation addresses key issues, business strategic objectives and end to end solution design.
• Demonstrated experience in responding to and troubleshooting issues related to data quality and performance and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of Computer Aided Dispatch systems (CAD)

Experience and Skill Set RequirementsCore Skills

• 10+ years of experience in supporting, maintaining mission critical applications.
• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Serveramp; Microsoft SQL ServerManagement Studio.
• Writing Python and SQL script for custom Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) application installations running on Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2019, Microsoft Analysis Services Client Tools, Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC), Microsoft MSXML on a .NETFramework
• Experience working with GitHub and team-collaboration tools (Confluence and Jira)
• Experience in development, supportamp; maintenance of real-time and near real-time data processing services
• Experience in managing various Production and non-Production environments to provide stable working environment to ensure effective Service delivery
• Coordinate Post release reviews to promote continuous improvement in release cycle and Lead the continuous improvement efforts.
• Experience analyzing business requirements to determine viable options for solution development and ensure implementation addresses key issues, business strategic objectives and end to end solution design.
• •Experience in developing and documenting the necessary models, mechanisms and technical requirements that will best communicate the overall solution and how it will address the business requirement
• Contribute to the analysis and development through facilitating and engaging in collaborative analysis sessions, ensuring integration throughout all affected systems
• Working knowledge of integration of complex systems and interoperability between complex systems
• Demonstrated experience on developing specifications diagrams and flowcharts
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Demonstrated experience in responding to and troubleshooting issues related to data quality and performance and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Experience with methodologies that include Design Patterns
• Experience in Continuous Deployment methods and procedures
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with the research and assessment of options for technical design issues and resource
• Demonstrate ability in contributing to design/ development project plans, including work breakdown
• Knowledge of Computer Aided Dispatch systems (CAD)
• Experience in post-implementation support

• Maintaining users, user groups and permissions in Azure Active Directory.
• Renew and deploy security certificates for on-prem and cloud solutions.
• Assist with application deployment to Azure GoCloud using DevOps pipelines.
• Monitoring health of cloud services for errors, failures, load spikes, cost spikes, periods of inactivity, DB performance and identification of the root cause.
